JOB DESCRIPTION:
The News-Press in Fort Myers is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive who sells multi-media advertising solutions to SMB sector that makes decisions locally. Primary responsibility is to grow market share within a designated territory or account list through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing share within existing client base. The Multi-Media Account Executive understands market competitors and executes strategies for selling against the competition, which includes digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) and focuses on delivering and obtaining long term commitments and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

-Develops and delivers ideas/solutions to grow market share within an existing customer base.

-Delivers and obtains long term commitments and campaigns.

-Develops an understanding of the customers individual business needs, trends and patterns within specific verticals. Develops an understanding of account base and related industries.

-Identifies and qualifies customers that have revenue opportunities. Develops and delivers advertising ideas/solutions that grow market share and ROI to customers.

-Utilizes sales tools and research to articulate value of company offerings.

-Maintains an awareness of revenue responsibilities and performance to goal. Develops and works a pipeline of potential customers' grown within existing base; produces accurate forecasts.

-Sells print and digital business offerings and demonstrates an understanding of these products and is able to articulate our products and their value propositions to customers

.-Strategizes and develops solutions from a digital product suite and follows a logical sales process to plan/prepare; present/close and follow up with prospective customers.

-Utilizes Salesforce CRM system to manage day-to-day activities and stay abreast of details that require urgent attention.

-Utilizes World Class Sales competencies every day: Results, Strategy, Sales Skills, Communication, and Collaboration.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree, or a comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education.

-1-2 Years Sales Experience. Demonstrated computer knowledge.

-PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.

-Must be able to identify the current needs of the client base; communicate the benefits of our audience based marketing solutions as they relate to each need and then sell the appropriate campaign.

-Requires and understanding of the Company's products and local market as it relates to customers, prospects, and key trends.

-Strong understanding of digital media platforms (SEO/SEM/PPC) preferred.

-Demonstrated ability to grow and maintain market share.

-Ability to accurately develop forecasts and manage pipelines.

-Proficient in face-to-face sales calling including up-selling, appointment setting and cold calling.

-Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance required.

The Manager Area Operations II will manage the service offerings, repair service and warehouse functions, fleet maintenance and direct sales efforts of the Field operating district and ensures that high-quality, reliable and reasonably-priced services are provided to customers on a timely basis.

Role Responsibilities:
Establishing operational objectives and work plans.
Deliver and grow Enterprise, PRISM and additional residential business product services.
Lead the team to further develop and capture the MDU/bulk business in a heavily concentrated gated/bulk community market.
Provides superior leadership, including the ability to identify key business drivers, influencing others to ensure all installation and maintenance functions are performed to meet and exceed customer expectations and company objectives.
Budget development and accountability for the designated area of responsibility, as well as for the direct leadership and development of a team of supervisors, career professionals and non-exempt associates Manages the operations of a specified geographical area, this includes but is not limited to the management of all field supervisors and technical employees.
The position is responsible to ensure that installation and maintenance service levels are maintained, the operating and equipment budget is created and administered, and product sales are maintained.
The position is also responsible for relationships with local communities and government.
Central point of contact for most consumer, small business and Prism services within the specified footprint in the Phoenix market as well as all partner organizations looking for ownership of customer experiences.
Incumbent has contact with all division departments to coordinate input and completion of projects; to gain information on district expenditures or purchases; keep an open line of communications and resolve employee relation's issues; and to deal with any other matters that need attention.
Additionally, contact with customers and outside contractors to answer questions and resolve problems; with community representatives to promote the Company; and with other telecommunications companies to share information.
Managing multiple activities in a rapidly changing technological environment, at the same time, maintaining a high profile in the community by being active in the Chamber of Commerce, service groups and the City government Work/Consult with Manager Market Development to promote Public Relations in area of responsibility.
Must work within the framework of the overall operation by blending department responsibilities into an efficient, effective result Work experience that demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and schedule multiple projects and staff to accommodate rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
